AI Newtopias

I work with AI to explore the interplay between the capabilities and constraints of AI generators. I use genre, conceptual, fantastical, theoretical, and philosophical ideas in my prompts to spawn, create, and hallucinate unique worlds and ‘newtopias.’

My AI usage comprises a playful yet critical engagement with the technology’s potential to generate novel, often unexpected, creative outputs. I often use unconventional/nonsense prompts, trying to push the tools or force them to hallucinate.

Given the ethical quagmire surrounding AI, it doesn’t feel in any way appropriate to claim copyright for these pieces. However, if you do want to use them and acknowledge the labour involved in prompting and curation, do so via the following generic CC attribution:

I’m happy to provide generation info and higher-resolution versions on request (if available).
